MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST (10.000 mile)
ENGINE
Check the Air Cleaner Restriction
Inspect the fuel system for leaks
Drain the water in the water-fuel separator
Check the V-belts tension
Check the AdBlue system for leaks
Inspect the charge-air piping and hoses for leaks, holes, cracks, or
loose connections.
Inspect the charge-air cooler for dirt and debris blocking the ns.
Clean the air lter
DRIVE TRAIN
Grease the propeller shaft
Check the differential oil level
Check the differential oil for leaks
Check the uid and the uid level in the power steering reservoir or
steering mechanism.
Check the play, rattle, or shimmy in any part of the steering linkage
or steering mechanism. or steering mechanism.
BRAKE, AIR AND SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Check the brake system for air leaks
Check the brake pads. If the backplate and friction material
thickness is less than 12,2 mm, the pad must be replaced
Check the brake discs. If the disc thickness is less than 37 mm or one
side of disc abrasion is more than 4 mm, the disc must be replaced
Check the suspension mountings
Check the air bellows for leaks
A/C SYSTEM
Check preheater function.
ELECTRICITY SYSTEM
Check the wiring of starter
Clean the battery poles
Check the electrolyte level and density
CHASSIS AND BODY
Check the mirror connections
Checking the wheel nuts tightness
Checking tire pressure
Checking the spare tire connection
Checking the function of all doors security xings
Checking and adjustment of luggage lids locks function (with
greasing the lids hinges and locks )
Checking the function, air leakage, tightness, damage of door
system
