8.1 OCTOBER MAINTENANCE LIST (YEAR 1)
Maintenance Description
Wash Undebody and Check
Coating
Underbody should be washed with low pressure
water. Underbody coating must be checked for
peeling&spalling, If wear exists, coating

must be
renewed in required areas.
Check Engine Room
Engine room must be checked for any corrosion
trace and if any damage is located, damages must
be repaired.
Check Zone-B
Bottom sides (Zone B) must be checked for any
corrosion trace and if any damage (due to rock hits
etc.) is located, damages must be repaired.
Check exterior moving parts and
the brackets
Exterior moving parts must be cleaned and
lubricated (e.g. Bumper hinges, Lid mechanism,
Lid locks, Wiper mechanism, Front light brackets,
Side mirror, Lid arms, Suspension of the rear lids,
Rear light brackets, Exhaust cover screws and nuts,
Radiator lid).
Check lids and doors
Lids and doors must be checked for any corrosion
trace and if any damage is located, damages must
be repaired.
Check inside the structure
proles
Inside the structure proles should be checked, if
removed wax or corrosion is observed, wax opera-
tion

must be applied to necessary structure of the
body.
Check the vehicle Paintwork
Paintwork must be checked. If any scratches and
paintwork damages observed, paint of the damage
area must be renewed.
