¾ Protocol: Includes TCP, UDP and Both. Select “Both” if you
arenotsureaboutwhichprotocoltouse.
¾ Enable: The corresponding entry takes effect only if you
checkedthisoption.
¾ Delete:Clicktoremoveacorrespondingentry/rule.
WellKnown Service Port: The “WellKnown Service
Port”listswidel
yusedprotocolports.Simplyselectaport,an
entry ID and click the "Add to" button to populate the
selectedporttothecorrespondingfieldsoftheselectedentry.
In case that you don’t find the port you need, enter it
manually.
¾ Add to: Click to add a se
lected WellKnown Service Port to
Portfieldsoftheentryyouselected.
¾ For example: A LAN PC at 192.68.2.10 hosts WEB service on
Port80andprovidesTelnetserviceonPort23.Tomake such
services accessible to Internetusers,config as shown on the
screenshotabove.
Note:Ifyo
uincludeport80onthissection,you must set the port
for remote (webbased) management to a different number than
80,suchas 8080,otherwisethevirtualserverfeaturemaynottake
effect.
