Configuration Management
Navigate to System Management > System Maintenance > Configuration Mgmt.
If the NVR is running slowly, or a configuration error occurs, you can try to restore the NVR.
Refer to the Restore Settings in the GUI chapter for details.
Reboot Settings
Navigate to System Management > System Maintenance > Reboot Settings.
The reboot can prevent performance decrease and instability of the NVR due to long-time running.
You can reboot the NVR now, or set the NVR to automatically reboot periodically during idle time.
Assume that you want to the NVR to automatically reboot at 3:00:00 from Monday to Friday.
Procedure:
Step 1 Log in to the web UI of the NVR.
Step 2 Navigate to System Management > System Maintenance > Reboot Settings.
Step 3
Enable the Scheduled Reboot function.
Step 4
Select the reboot date, which is Monday to Friday in this example.
Step 5
Set the reboot time, which is 03:00:00 in this example.
Step 6 Click Save at the bottom of the page.

After the setting completes, the NVR will automatically reboot from Monday to Friday at 3:00.
