What to do if Tera Gear TER 25K BTU PRO Grill has persistent grease fire?
    • S
      Sandra SmithAug 15, 2025
If your Tera Gear Grill has a persistent grease fire, immediately turn the knobs to the OFF position and shut off the gas supply at the propane tank. Keep the lid closed and allow the fire to burn out completely. Once the grill has cooled down, remove and thoroughly clean all of its parts. This issue is usually caused by grease trapped by food accumulating up to the burner system.

Why are the flames on my Tera Gear TER 25K BTU PRO Grill turning yellow or orange?
    • C
      Connie CombsAug 18, 2025
The flames on your Tera Gear Grill may turn yellow or orange due to a couple of reasons. If it's a new burner, it might have residual manufacturing oils. In this case, burn your grill for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Also, food residue, grease, or seasoning salt on the burner can cause this issue. If that's the case, clean the burner ports.

If your Tera Gear Grill has an irregular flame, it could be due to incorrect air flow. If the flames are yellow or orange, open the flap at the end of the venturi tubes in 3mm (1/8 in.) increments until the flames appear correct. If the flames are blue and noisy, close the flap at the end of the venturi tubes in 3 mm (1/8 in.) increments until the flames are correct.
