  If your Tera Gear Grill has a persistent grease fire, immediately turn the knobs to the OFF position and shut off the gas supply at the propane tank. Keep the lid closed and allow the fire to burn out completely. Once the grill has cooled down, remove and thoroughly clean all of its parts. This issue is usually caused by grease trapped by food accumulating up to the burner system.

  The flames on your Tera Gear Grill may turn yellow or orange due to a couple of reasons. If it's a new burner, it might have residual manufacturing oils. In this case, burn your grill for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Also, food residue, grease, or seasoning salt on the burner can cause this issue. If that's the case, clean the burner ports.
