What to do if my Terumo BCT Laboratory Equipment doesn’t start up?

If your Terumo BCT Laboratory Equipment isn't starting, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the device is properly connected to the mains and that the internal battery is correctly installed and charged. The LED on the on/off button should light up when connected. If it doesn't, contact Terumo BCT for servicing. If using battery power, try replacing the battery with a fully charged one. Another possibility is that the device is simply powered off. Press the on/off button to power it on. If the touch screen doesn't illuminate, contact Terumo BCT for servicing.
