Ensure the tube is dry as well. If you notice tiny arcs between the electrodes, drying them might resolve the issue. Also, verify that the trigger clicks fully when squeezed. A low or uncharged battery can also prevent sealing, so charge it for 3 hours. If the trigger does not “click" when it is fully squeezed, change Hand unit or contact your local Terumo BCT representative.
