COMPONENTS PRELIMINARIES
The blender is ideal for making purees, cold sauces,
mayonnaise, and mixing drinks.
Unpack your blender carefully.
If any items are missing or damaged, return the item to
your nearest Tesco store for replacement. Please have your
receipt with you when you call.
Retain the packaging. If you dispose of the packaging do
so with regard to any recycling regulations in your area.
Before using your blender for the rst time:
Check that the voltage marked on the rating plate •
matches your mains voltage.
Clean the blender. Refer to the cleaning notes.•
Always switch o and unplug the appliance before •
adding or removing ingredients.

USING THE HAND BLENDER
Introduce the blender into the food before switching it on
to avoid splashing.
Ensure the blender wand is not introduced into the food
more than half way up the stem to minimise the risk of
food particles entering the blender motor.

NEVER use the blender in a vessel while it is being heated
on the stove.
NEVER let the base of the blade housing come into
prolonged contact with the body of a vessel while
blending.
Important Note: The maximum time you can run the unit
is 1 minute. After one minute of continuous use, switch o
and let the motor rest for a further three minutes before
continuing.
