Please note:
- Minimum penetration depth >10 mm to achieve accurate values (Fig. 1).
- Use the pre-borer when measuring the core temperature in frozen food.Then place
the measuring tip in the object to be measured (Fig. 2).
- Risk of injury from measuring tip.
- Maximum ambient and operating temperature (e.g. protect instrument from sunlight).
The warranty is invalid if instruments are inexpertly handled.
