5. Oil
The oil level is checked by the means of
the red oil stick.
Oil type for supplement: hydraulic oil.
Recommended hydraulic oil
We recommend the following oil to the
hydraulic cylinder:
Texaco Rando HDZ32
Or oil with corresponding viscosity.
If the log splitter is used in areas where the temperature fluctuates, condensed water will
occur in the oil tank. This will result in the oil becoming white as milk. Broken gaskets will
be a result of this. If this occurs, the oil has to be changed.
