NOTE: Upon delivery to the customer after the installation of this Service Kit, the TKS system in the a irplane
should contain only new and n ot refiltered TKS fluid.

Installation for Airplanes wi th TKS (or latest revision) in c onjunction with this Service K it.
1. Prepare t he airpl ane for maintenanc e as follows:
A. Electrically ground the airplane.
B. Make sure that all s witches are in the OFF /NORM position.
C. Disc onnect electrical power from the airplane.
(1) Disconnect the airplane battery.
(2) Disconne ct external electrical power.
