(j) (Refer to Figure 5, View A-A a nd Detail A.) Put the 2613495-9 TKS Cut outs Doubl er in
position on the s tructure and make mark s on the 2613495-9 TKS Cutout s Doubler f or
the 3. 34-inch diameter hole, 1.75-inch dia meter hole, and 52 rivet holes to attach th e
2613495-9 TK S Cutout s Doubler to the structure.
(k) Match drill the 3.34-inch di ameter hole a nd the 1.75-inch diameter h ole in t he 2613495-9
TKS Cuto uts Doubler and the struc tu re .
(l) Match drill the 52 Number 30 (0.128-inch diameter) holes in the 2613495-9 TKS Cutouts
Doubler and the s tructure.
(m) Deburr and apply Alodine to bare m eta l.
(n) Fay seal the 2613495-9 TKS Cutouts Doubl er and the 2613495-10 TKS Connectors
Doubler with U470642 Seal ant .
(o) With the 52 MS20470AD4-4A Rivets, attach the 261 3495-9 TKS Cutouts Doubler t o
the structure.
(p) With 35 MS 20470AD4-4A Rivets, attach the 2613495-10 TKS Connectors Doubler to
the structure.
(q) With U000978S Adhesive, install an S1050-1-5.50 Grommet in the rear half on ly of th e
3.34-inch diameter hole.
(8) (Refer to Figure 5, View A-A, Det ail C, and Detail D.) Mak e a 6.23-inch slot and a 4.07-inch slot
at the f our positions shown.
(9) Deburr and apply Alodine to bare metal.
C. (Re fer to Figure 5, View A-A and View B -B.) Install doublers on the longeron for the tank straps
as follows :
(1) Install the 2613495-3 TKS Left Forward Doubler and the 2613495-5 TKS Left Af t Doubler:
(a) Remove the t w o rivets that you wil l replace to insta ll t he 2613495-3 T K S Left Forward
Doubler.
(b) Put the 2613495-3 TKS Left Forward Do ubler in position and match drill 19 Number 30
(0.128-inch diamet er) holes in the 2613495-3 TKS Left Forwa rd Doubler and 17 Number
30 (0.128-inch diameter) holes in the struct ure.
(c) Put the 2613495-5 TKS Lef t Af t Doubler in position and matc h drill 17 Number 30
(0.128-inch diameter) ho les in the 2613495-5 T KS Left A f t Doubler a nd the s t ruc ture.
(d) Deburr and apply Alodine to bare metal.
(e) With the 19 MS 20470AD4-4A Rivets , install the 2613495-3 TKS Left Forward Doubler to
the structure.
(f) With the 17 MS20470AD4-4A Rivets, install the 2613495-5 TKS Lef t Aft Doubler t o
the structure.
(2) (Refer t o Figure 5, View A-A and View C-C.) Inst all the 2613495-6 TKS Right Aft Doubler and
the 2613495-4 TKS Right Forward Double r.
(a) Remove t he four rivets that you will replace to install the 2613495-6 T KS Right Aft Doubler.
(b) Put the 2613495-6 TK S Right Aft Doubler in pos ition and matc h drill four Number 30
(0.128-inch diamet er) holes in the 2613495-6 T KS Right Aft Do ubler and four Number 30
(0.128-inch diameter) holes in the s t r uc ture.
(c) Put the 2613495-4 TKS Right Fo rward Doubler in position and ma tch drill 19 Number
30 (0.128-inch diameter) holes in the 2613495-4 T KS Right Forward D oubler an d the
structure.
(d) Deburr and apply Alodine to bare metal.
