(l) Match drill the five nutplate hole s and t he 10 Number 40 (0 .098 -inc h diameter) holes in
the 2613495-1 TK S Left External Doubler.
(m) Match drill the five nutplate hole s and t he 10 Number 40 (0 .098 -inc h diameter) holes in
the 26134 95-2 TKS Right External Doubler.
(n) Match dril l one 0.75-inch diameter h ole in the 2613495-1 TKS Left External Doubler and
airplane skin and one 0.75-inch diameter hole in the 2613495-2 TKS Righ t Externa l
Doubler and airplane skin for drain holes
(o) Make marks for and drill 54 Number 30 (0.128-in ch diameter) holes in the 261 3495-2
TKS Right External Doubler.
(p) Make marks for and drill 51 Number 30 (0.128-in ch diameter) holes in the 261 3495-1
TKS Left External Doubler.
(q) Deburr an d apply Alodine to bare metal.
(r) Fay seal the 2613495-1 TKS Lef t External Doubler and th e 2613495-2 TK S Right
External Doubler with U47064 2 Sealant.
(s) Put the 2613495-1 TKS Left External Doubler and the 2613 495-2 TKS Rig ht External
Doubler in position on the structure.
(t) Attach the 2613495-1 TKS Left External Doubler and the 2613495-2 TKS Right E x t ernal
Doubler to the structure with t he 182 MS20470AD4-4A5 Rivets.
(u) Attach th e 261349 5-1 TKS Left External Doubler and the 2613495 -2 T KS Right Ex t ernal
Doubler to the structu re with the 97 MS20470AD4-4A Rivets.
(v) Install t he eight S2906-4-2 Rivets (heads on the near side) that attach the 2613495-2
TKS Right External Doubler to the s tructure.
(w) With the 20 MS204 70AD3-4A5 Rivets, install t he five MS21059L3 Nutplates in the drilled
holes i n the 2613495-1 TKS Left Extern al D oubler and t he five MS21059L3 Nutplates in
the drilled holes in t he 2613495-2 TKS Right External Doubler.
(7) (Refer to Figure 5.) Inst all the 2613495-11 Stiffener, 2613495-10 T KS Connect ors Doubler,
and 2613495-9 TKS Cutouts Doubler on the bottom of the airplane as follows:
(a) (Refer to Figu re 5, View A-A and Detail E.) Put the 2613495-11 Stiffener in position on the
structure and ma ke marks f or and then matc h drill 13 Number 30 (0.128-in ch diameter)
holes in the 26134 95-11 Stiff ener and the structure.
(b) Deburr an d apply Alodine to bare metal.
(c) With t wo M S 20470A D4-4A5 Rivets a nd 11 M S 20470AD4-4A Rivets, install the
2613495-11 Stiffener to the structure.
(d) (Refer to Fi gure 5, View A-A and Detail F.) P ut the 26 13495-10 TKS Connectors Doubl er
in p os ition inside the airplane on the lower sk in between the pilot's and the copilot's seats.
(e) Make marks on the 2613495-10 TKS Connect ors Doubler for the 35 rivet holes to attach
the 2613495-10 TKS Connect ors Dou bler to the s tructure.
(f) Make marks on the 2613495-10 T KS Connectors Doubler for the 0. 87-inch diamet er hole,
0.44-inch diameter hole, 0.69-inch diam et er hole, and 1.00-inc h diameter hole.
(g) Use the MS3472L10-6S C onnector and the M S3472L16-26S Connector to drill in the
2613495-10 TKS Connec to rs Doubler for the eight 0.15-inch diameter holes .
(h) Match drill the 35 Number 30 (0.128-inch diameter) rivet holes, 0.87 -inch diameter hole,
0.44-inch dia meter hole, 0.68-inch d iameter hole, 1.00-inch diameter hole, and eight
0.15-inch diam et er holes i n the structure and i n the 261349 5-10 TKS Connectors Doubler.
(i) Deburr an d apply Alodine to bare met al.
