Water Barrier
The water barrier is a short divider that is installed across the entrance door to
prolong the float time if ditching becomes necessary. It is stowed in the aft bulkhead
closet and secured by a retaining strap.
Warning: Do not open cabin door until Water Barrier is in place.

snapping studs
into receptacles.
1. Remove water
barrier from
storage in the aft
bulkhead closet.
2. Insert tabs into
slot between floor
and cabin door.
Seat Belts
It is recommended that seat belts
remain fastened during flight. For
comfort, the optional shoulder
harness may be detached during
flight.
Note: Seat belts and shoulder
harness must be fastened
during takeoff and landings.

Portable Oxygen Bottle
A portable oxygen bottle is located in the aft closet.
1. Extinguish all smoking materials.
2. Plug oxygen mask (stored with bottle in aft closet)
into portable oxygen bottle.
3. Turn valve counter clockwise to turn on oxygen bottle.
4. Place mask over nose and mouth and breathe normally.
5. Place the strap over your head to secure.

A fire ax is stored in the cockpit on the
bulkhead behind the pilot’s seat and is
secured by a retaining strap.
