The Theragun PRO is a smart percussive therapy device designed to provide deep muscle treatment, powered by QuietForce Technology™. It aims to offer a stress-free setup and a personalized experience through its smart features and integration with the Therabody app.

Function Description

The primary function of the Theragun PRO is to deliver percussive therapy, which involves rapid, repetitive strokes to the body's soft tissues. This type of therapy is used to alleviate muscle soreness, improve range of motion, and promote recovery. The device is equipped with a proprietary brushless commercial-grade motor, ensuring powerful yet quiet operation.

The Theragun PRO features a 16mm amplitude, which is the distance the attachment travels from the device, allowing for deep muscle treatment. This depth is crucial for effectively targeting knots and tension within the muscles. The device comes with six different attachments, each designed for specific needs and muscle groups:

• Dampener: Ideal for use on tender areas or near bones, providing a softer impact.
• Standard Ball: A versatile attachment suitable for overall, general use across various muscle groups.
• Wedge: Designed for scraping, targeting areas like shoulder blades or IT bands, and providing a broader surface for treatment.
• Thumb: Specifically shaped for lower back and trigger point therapy, allowing for precise pressure application.
• Supersoft™: Offers a very gentle touch, perfect for sensitive areas or when a lighter treatment is desired.
• Micro-point: Provides increased stimulation throughout the treatment, useful for enhancing circulation and sensation.

The device's ergonomic handle, known as the Theragun Triangle, is designed for comfortable and secure gripping, allowing users to reach various body parts with ease.

Usage Features

Getting started with the Theragun PRO is straightforward. Users are encouraged to download the Therabody app, which guides them through the setup process and helps them maximize the device's benefits.

To operate the device:

1. Battery Insertion: Ensure the pre-charged lithium-ion battery is fully inserted before turning on the device.
2. Power On: Firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad to turn the device on.
3. Treatment Selection: Use the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between pre-loaded treatment presets.
4. Speed Adjustment: Once a treatment is selected, use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to increase or decrease the speed of the percussive therapy.
5. Application: Float the Theragun PRO across areas in need, applying light to moderate pressure as required. It is recommended to limit continuous use on any single muscle group to no more than two minutes.
6. Power Off: To turn off the device, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down.

The Theragun PRO features an adjustable arm, which can be set to four different positions. To adjust, users push the adjustable arm button on the underside of the device and move the arm to the desired position while the device is off. This flexibility allows for better reach and angles during treatment.

Connecting attachments is simple: align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect. To remove an attachment, grip it, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector, and pull it off while the device is off.

Smart Features

The Theragun PRO is a smart device enabled with Bluetooth connectivity, designed to pair seamlessly with the Therabody App. Once paired, the app allows for remote adjustment of speed, activation of guided treatment presets, and provides real-time recommendations based on usage. This connectivity enhances the user experience by offering personalized guidance and control. The device also comes with four built-in guided routines created by experts. Users can download tailored protocols to their device by pressing the right button, and these protocols can be replaced or modified through the Therabody App.

Maintenance Features

Charging:

The Theragun PRO is USB-C enabled and includes a fast charger. The battery can also be charged with any USB-C adapter.

• The USB port is located in the cap of the battery pack and is accessible even when the battery is in the device.
• When charging the battery outside the device, the battery level is indicated by a multicolor LED on the side of the battery.
• To insert the battery, align and insert it into the battery slot on the underside of the Theragun PRO, ensuring the flat side of the battery end faces the circular release button.
• When charging the battery inside the device, the battery level is displayed on the device's screen.
• To remove the battery, press the circular release button above the battery slot and pull the battery out.
• The Theragun PRO battery can also function as a power bank to charge other personal devices.

Cleaning Instructions:

For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to sanitize the device after each use:

1. Wipe the device with a disinfectant wipe to remove any residue.
2. Once the device is residue-free, use a new wipe to disinfect the surface area by wiping all sides in a downward motion.
