Hannah Greetham, our Customer Service provider is fantastic to talk all
things TheraPlate to, having experienced the effects of the TheraPlate
following a devastaing riding accident. As well as our customer service
team, we also have a dedicated communication and logistics team to
ensure the smooth running of orders.
The wait time for a new TheraPlate is just 3 weeks as each TheraPlate is
made bespoke to order in the USA.
