What to do if THERMOBILE Air Conditioner does not work?

If your THERMOBILE Air Conditioner is not working, ensure the power plug is correctly connected. Also, check if the POWER button is set to “ON”. Examine the fuse in the mains plug and replace it if it's blown (it MUST be a 13amp fuse). Additionally, verify the fuse and breaker on the switchboard, resetting if necessary. Finally, make sure the ambient temperature is not exceeding 45°C (or 40°C for Coolmobile models); use the unit only below this temperature.
