What to do if THERMOBILE Coolmobile 21 does not work?

  If your THERMOBILE Air Conditioner is not working, ensure the power plug is correctly connected. Also, check if the POWER button is set to “ON”. Examine the fuse in the mains plug and replace it if it's blown (it MUST be a 13amp fuse). Additionally, verify the fuse and breaker on the switchboard, resetting if necessary. Finally, make sure the ambient temperature is not exceeding 45°C (or 40°C for Coolmobile models); use the unit only below this temperature.

  If your THERMOBILE Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, start by cleaning the filter if it's blocked with dust. Then, clean the heat exchanger if it's dusty. Ensure there are no obstacles blocking the inlet side, providing at least 50cm of clearance. Lastly, verify that the ambient temperature is not too high (over 45°C, or 40°C for Coolmobile); operate the unit only below this temperature.
