Mounting Instructions
Elex 6/8/8.5/9.6/10/12 (P)PEB and Elex 15PPEB

1� Remove the screw with a Phillips-head screwdriver and open the top cover, as indi-
cated in A1�
2� Remove the display plug, remove the top cover and put aside, as indicated in A2�

3� Use two pieces of tape to fix the template on the wall where the device is to be in-
stalled�
4� Drill four 8mm holes as the template indicated�

5� Prepare the power cable with desired voltage and cut to the required length, as indi-
cated in A4.a and A4.b�
6� Insert the anchors into the drilled holes and install the appliance with the supplied
screws and spacers, as indicated in A5, A6 and A7�
7� Connect the power cable to the terminal block, press the button to reset the switch,
as indicated in A8�
Power supply must be confirmed before wiring!
This appliance must be earthed properly!
Earth leakage circuit breaker must be installed!
The electrical connection should be made by a qualified electrician, in accordance
with the relevant regulations (IEC, NEC, etc.)

8� Use two wrenches to fix inlet and outlet tube�
9� Insert the display plug, and install the top of the housing�
10� Install the screw at the bottom�
11� Install the hot water pipe to the left, and install the cold water supply to the right�
Make sure the connections are watertight!
12� Switch on the circuit breaker, turn on the appliance and open the hot water tap,
wait for about 20 secs before the appliance start working�
Make sure only fittings for close-outlet water heaters can be used!
Make sure the filter mat in the inlet is installed, as indicated in A9 and A11�
