Remove waste-
holdingtank out of
Cassette toilet and
pull handle from
control panel.
Pull control
panel loose.
Swing waterfill
funnel out.

Summary

SC400/C500 Shaft Repair

Remove Waste Holding Tank and Control Panel Handle

Remove waste-holding tank and pull handle from control panel.

Pull Control Panel Loose

Gently detach the control panel from the main unit.

Swing Waterfill Funnel Out

Swing the waterfill funnel outwards for access.

Remove Spring from Shaft

Locate shaft pivot, remove spring from shaft.

Remove Pivoting Bracket

Unscrew and remove the pivoting bracket.

Remove Shaft

Detach the link from the shaft and remove the shaft.

Control Knob C500 Repair

Pull Control Knob Off

Detach the control knob from the unit.

Free and Remove Cable Plug

Release and remove the cable connection using pliers.

Fit Plug onto New Knob

Attach the cable plug to the new control knob.

Refit Control Knob

Reinstall the new control knob onto the unit.

Drain Tube C500 Repair

Remove Waste Holding Tank and Sight Glass

Remove tank, pull sight glass away from pipe.

Unscrew Tunnel and Release Drain Tube

Unscrew tunnel, press to release drain tube.

Install New Sight Tube and Reattach Glass

Insert new tube, reattach sight glass to pipe.

Screw Tunnel Back into Place

Secure the tunnel back into its original position.

PCB C500 Repair

Pull Waste Holding Tank Out

Remove the waste holding tank from the cassette.

Remove PCB Cover

Detach the PCB cover from the inside of the unit.

Replace PCB and Reattach Cover

Install new PCB, then reattach and secure the cover.

Float Arm C500 Repair

Rotate Sliding Cover to Second Dot

Use cover as lever to rotate mechanism counter-clockwise.

Remove Disc and Mechanism

Detach the complete disc and mechanism assembly.

Remove Float Arm from Retainer

Take the float arm out of its retainer.

Replace Float Arm and Reassemble

Install new arm, reverse process to replace mechanism.

C502 Pump Repair

Remove Waste Holding Tank

Detach the waste-holding tank from the cassette toilet.

Remove Seat and Cover

Slide seat/cover, remove two side screws.

Remove Flange Lock Screws

Unscrew flange lock from the toilet bowl.

Remove Flange Lock

Take off the flange lock to remove the toilet bowl.

Release Nozzle

While removing bowl, detach nozzle by pulling downwards.

Disconnect Connectors

Unplug electrical connectors at the back of the toilet.

Remove Pump

Turn bayonet to the right to detach and remove the pump.

Replace Tube and Bayonet

Remove tube, push grommet, detach bayonet from wire.

Assemble New Pump

Follow reverse steps to install the new pump.
