RECIPE GUIDE
Ingredients
1. Red beans 50 g
2. Whole milk 85 ml
3. Whipping cream 45 ml
4. White sugar 20 g
Preparation
1. Mash the red beans using a fork or potato masher before mixing with the
whole milk and white sugar.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and uffy. Then, add
the red bean mixture. Mix well.
3. In the fridge, cool down the mixture to 5 - 1C.
4. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.
Ingredients
1. Plain yogurt 95 ml
2. Whipping cream 40 ml
3. White sugar 25 g
4. Strawberry juice 30 ml
5. Lemon juice 10 ml
Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and uffy.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the whipping cream and mix well.
3. In the fridge, cool down the mixture to 5 - 1C.
4. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.

Important
Place the freeze tank in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
