RECIPE GUIDE
Ingredients
1. Whole milk 115 ml
2. Whipping cream 60 ml
3. White sugar 25 g
Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and uffy.
2. Add the whole milk and the sugar to the whipping cream and whisk until light
and uffy.
3. In the fridge, cool down the mixture to 5 - 1C.
4. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.
Ingredients
1. ½ large ripe banana about 55 g
2. Whole milk 80 ml
3. Whipping cream 40 ml
4. White sugar 25 g
Preparation
1. Mash the half banana.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the whipping cream until light and uffy.
3. Add the mashed banana, whole milk, and white sugar to the whipping
cream and mix until well combined.
4. In the fridge, cool down the mixture to 5 - 1C.
5. Switch the machine on and place the mixture inside the ice cream maker.
Mix until ready.
All the recipes here are recommended for single cup capacity, and we suggest
using this machine in a room temperature of 23°C - 30°C.
Important
Place the freeze tank in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
