Changing the battery of the remote control on the handle of the
suction hose*
If your THOMAS XT can no longer be controlled by the remote
control unit on the handle, the remote control unit battery must
be replaced.
Open the housing of the remote control and take out the board.
Use a coin to press the lock of the remote control housing downward.
Lift off the housing of the remote control unit. Carefully take out
the board.
Remove the battery laterally from the battery holder. Dispose of
the used battery through your local collection system. Replace the
battery with one of the same type (round cell CR 1632 / 3 V).
Insert the new battery from the side all the way into the bat-
tery holder.
The minus pole of the battery must face up.

Changing the batteries of the CleanLight* fl oor nozzle
If the LED illumination fails to automatically switch on when light-
ing conditions dictate and with simultaneous movement of the
floor nozzle, the batteries must be replaced.
Open the battery compartment lid of the floor nozzle.
To do so, turn the floor nozzle so that its underside faces up. Press the
locking catch of the battery compartment lid and open the lid.
Remove the two batteries by pulling them up out of the battery
compartment. Dispose of used batteries through your local collec-
tion system. Exchange the batteries for two new ones of the same
type (micro / AAA / R6). Place the new batteries into the battery
compartment.
Pay attention to the polarity (+/– poles) when inserting!

Vakum hortumunun tutamaında bulunan telsiz uzaktan kumanda-
nın deitirilmesi*
THOMAS XT artık vakum hortumunun tutamaındaki telsiz
uzaktan kumanda ile çalııtırılamıyorsa, uzaktan kumandanın pili
deitirilmelidir.
Uzaktan kumandayı açın ve devre kartını çıkartın. Bunun için bir
madeni para ile telsiz uzaktan kumandanın gövdesinin mandalını
aaıya bastırın. Telsiz uzaktan kumandanın gövdesini kaldırın. Devre
kartını itina ile çıkartın.
Pili yandan, pil braketinden çıkartın. Bitmi pili yerel pil atıı toplama
sistemine verin. Pili aynı tip pil ile deitirin (düme pil CR 1632 / 3
Volt). Yeni pili dayanaa kadar yandan pil braketine yerletirin.
Takarken kutuplarına dikkat edin!
Pilin eksi kutbu yukarıya bakmalıdır.

Zemin balıı CleanLight* pillerinin deitirilmesi
Yeterli karanlıkta ve aynı zamanda zemin balıı hareket etti-
rildiinde, LED lamba artık otomatik olarak yanmazsa, pillerin
deitirilmesi gerekir.
Zemin balıının pil yuvası kapaını açın.
Bunun için zemin balıının alt yüzünü yukarıya çevirin. Pil yuvası kapa-
ının kilitleme mandalına basın ve pil yuvası kapaını açın.
Her iki pili de yukarıdan akü yuvasından çıkartın. Bitmi pilleri yerel
pil atıı toplama sistemine verin. Pilleri aynı tip iki yeni pil ile dei-
tirin (Mignon / AAA / R6). Yeni pilleri pil yuvasına yerletirin.
