Adjusting the Tension of the Door Spring
The dishwasher door is attached to springs.
Theyare set atthe factoryto ensurethat
they are at the proper tension, sothat the
door can be opened and closed smoothly.
After the furniture door has been fitted, you will
need to adjust the tension of the door spring.
Use an Allen key(notsupplied) to rotate the adjusting screwor either tighten or
loosen the spring.
The spring tension is correct when:
a)The door remains horizontal inthe fully opened position.
b) You are able to close the dooreasily.
WARNING: Ifthe tension of the door spring is not adjusted, then it could cause damage
tothe appliance.
