Possible cause / solutions
The machine continuously
fills with water and
continually drains away
The top of the drain hose is too low – It must be fitted at a height between
65 and 100 cm from the floor (see “Installation”).
The end of the drain hose has been pushed too far down the standpipe, the
hose elbow should be fitted 4’ (100mm) from the end of the drain hose.
The end of the drain hose
is submerged in the discharged water.
The discharged water flows
back into the appliance
If the end of the drain hose touches the discharged water (water drained
from washer), it (the discharged water) can be sucked back into the
appliance and may damage the appliance or textiles.
The local part of the control
panel is heated
This is the slight heating effect of the electronic components on the
computer board on the back of the control panel.
General
Your appliance contains sensors that monitor progress during the wash cycle
(eg: Water level, Temperature, Out of balance loads, Wash time/progress).
Normally, if your appliance successfully completes the cycle, there is unlikely
to be anything wrong!
