In games voor de PlayStation®4 die compatibel zijn met de "Racestuur-modus", zoals Driveclub™ for PS4, The
Crew™ for PS4, Project Cars™ for PS4 en vele nog uit te brengen titels, wordt de T80 Racing Wheel standaard
herkend als een echt racestuur in plaats van een gamepad. Dit zorgt voor ultrakorte reacties en een zeer grote
nauwkeurigheid. Bovendien zorgt herkenning als racestuur er voor dat de betreffende opties in de game
beschikbaar zijn.
In de "Racestuur-modus" knippert de LED (3) van de T80 Racing Wheel niet.
In games voor de PlayStation®4 die niet compatibel zijn met de "Racestuur-modus", zoals Need for Speed™
Rivals for PS4, is het echter mogelijk om de T80 Racing Wheel om te schakelen naar "Gamepad-modus".
In de "Gamepad-modus" knippert de LED (3) van de T80 Racing Wheel continu.
