Open tailgate, extend straps, place rack in bed, and close tailgate for initial setup.

Tightening Straps and Hook Arm Adjustment

Tighten straps using the ratcheting buckle lever and adjust the hook arm to its open position.

Place bike wheel in rack, rotate hook arm to contact fork, and ratchet arm tightly against wheel.
