      If the hand chain of your Tiger geared trolley catches or jams, it could be due to a damaged hand chain, hand chain wheel, or pinion. It may also happen because of poor maintenance or if the hand chain wasn't installed properly (twisted or kinked). Try lubricating the exposed trolley drive pinion and wheel teeth. You can also remove and reinstall the hand chain. If the components are damaged, consider replacing them or replacing the entire trolley.

      A seized trolley on Tiger winches is often due to wear and tear, poor maintenance and inspection, poor storage and handling, or overloading. You should lubricate any moving parts. If that doesn't work, consider replacing the trolley. Also, make sure that the trolley is loaded only to its rated capacity.
