metal bracelets should be rinsed throughly in fresh water after being in salt water.

*アラーム時刻の設定時、Eを長押しすると、数字を早送りします。
*ボタン操作のないまま60秒が経過すると、アラーム設定モードは、通常のアラームモードに戻ります。
5.海外タイムゾーン設定：Eを押すと海外タイムゾーンモードになります。Cを2秒間押すと、海外タイムゾ
ーン設定モードになり、時が点滅します。Eを押して、時を選びます。Cを押すと、分が点滅します。Eを押し
て、分を設定します。Cを押すと、12/24時表示選択が点滅します。Eを押して、選びます。
*時刻の設定時、Eを長押しすると、数字を早送りします。
*ボタン操作のないまま60秒が経過すると、海外タイムゾーン設定モードは、通常の海外タイムゾーンモ
ードに戻ります。
6.ストップウォッチ操作：Eを押すとストップウォッチモードになります。Cを押すと、計測をスタートします。
Cをもう一度押すと、計測をストップします。Cを2秒間押すと、ゼロにリセットします。
