What to do if my Titan Metal Detector has no power or sounds?
    • C
      Cody SmithAug 2, 2025
If your Titan Metal Detector isn't powering on or making any sounds, the issue might be due to dead batteries (replace batteries), poor battery contact (push batteries in tighter), or a loose cord connection.

Why does my Titan Metal Detector chatter or beep erratically?
    • C
      crossrhondaAug 10, 2025
Erratic beeping or chattering in your Titan Metal Detector can occur due to several reasons: using the detector indoors (use it outdoors only), proximity to power lines (move away from power lines), using two detectors too close together (keep them at least 20 feet apart), a highly oxidized buried object (only dig up repeatable signals), or environmental electromagnetic interference (reduce sensitivity until erratic signals cease).

What to do if my Titan Metal Detector LCD does not lock on to one target ID or emits multiple tones?
    • J
      Jean EdwardsAug 18, 2025
If the LCD of your Titan Metal Detector doesn't lock onto a single target ID or it emits multiple tones, it could be due to multiple targets being present (move the coil slowly at different angles) or a highly oxidized target (reduce sensitivity).

How to fix false high-tone signals on Titan Metal Detector?
    • B
      Brandon WangAug 26, 2025
False high-tone signals on your Titan Metal Detector may be caused by an over-adjusted ground balance knob. To resolve this, move the GB knob counter-clockwise.
