HOT DRIVE SYSTEMS
The motor and controller are very hot during and after use of
the vehicle. Hot components can cause burns and re. Do not
touch hot drive system components. Always keep combustible
materials away from the drive system.
Should an accident occur, have a qualied service *
dealer check the entire vehicle including, but not limited to,
brakes, accelerator and steering for possible damage.
Safe operation of this vehicle requires good judgment *
and physical skills. Persons with cognitive or physical
disabilities who operate this vehicle have an increased
risk of overturns and loss of control, which could result in
severe injury or death.
All parts and accessories added to this vehicle should

be designed for use on this VANISH and should be
installed and used according to instructions.
Switch vehicle to off position, remove key and set *
parking brake prior to exiting driver’s seat.
Your VANISH is designed to carry the driver and one

passenger. Never carry more than one passenger in this
vehicle. Never carry passengers in the cargo bed, unless
in factory authorized seating. Follow all warnings and
