Step 3: Handlebar assembly.
01.Remove front 4 bolts from stem cover then remove the stem cover.
02.Mount handbar onto then stem, then replace stem cover and tighten all 4 bolts.
03.Adjust handlebar according to your needs, then insure all bolts are tightened firmly.
