Riding an e-bike and controlled substances do not mix. Never operate an e-bike while under the
influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance or condition.
If you have an impairment or disability such as a visual impairment, hearing impairment, physical
impairment, cognitive/language impairment, a seizure disorder, or any other physical condition that
could impact your ability to safely operate a vehicle, consult your physician before riding any e-bike.
A Note for Parents and Guardians
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the activities and safety of your child. The electric
bike is not allowed to be ridden or ridden by teenagers under 18.For adult ridders,they should also
be wearing a properly fitted and approved helmet.
