      Joan SotoJul 31, 2025
If your ToneWorks Computer Hardware produces no sound, verify that your guitar, amp, and headphones are connected to the correct jack, and that your amp is turned on and set correctly. Also, check your connection cables for any breaks. Ensure the MASTER VOL of the AX100G hasn't been turned down, and that the program level of the AX100G and the Level of the Drive Amp effects are not set too low (at “0” or to a low value). Finally, confirm that the volume of your guitar is turned up, and if VOLUME is selected for the PEDAL effect, ensure the pedal isn't in the full back position.
