      If the piston on your TorcUP Tools fails to advance or retract, there are several potential causes: * The couplers might not be securely attached to the tool or pump. Ensure all coupler connections are properly connected. * A coupler might be defective. Replace any defective couplers. * The remote control switch could be defective. Replace the switch and/or control pendant. * There could be dirt in the direction-control valve of the pump unit. Disassemble the pump and clean the direction-control valve.

      If the piston on your TorcUP Tools isn't retracting, it could be due to a few reasons: * The hose connections might be reversed. Ensure the advance on the pump is connected to the advance on the tool, and the retract on the pump is connected to the retract on the tool. * The retract hose might not be connected. Securely connect the retract hose. * The retract pin could be broken. Replace the broken pin and/or spring.
