1. Read the Operator ’ s Manual before performing any
maintenance.
8. Grease the deck lock mechanism every 100 hours.
2. Check the engine oil every 8 hours. 9. Grease the deck pivots every 100 hours.
3. Grease the front caster wheel bearings every 8 hours. 10. Check the gearbox oil every 100 hours (use only Mobil 1
75W -90 gear oil).
4. Check the hydraulic uid level every 40 hours (only use
recommended hydraulic uid).
1 1. Grease the front caster pivots every 500 hours.
5. Check the tire pressure every 40 hours. 12. Grease the rear caster pivot every 500 hours.
6. Grease the deck drive PT O every 40 hours. 13. Grease the rear caster wheel every 500 hours.
7. Check the air cleaner every 40 hours. 14. Grease the belt idlers every 500 hours.
