Several factors can cause this issue: * The fuel tank might be empty, so fill the fuel tank. * The choke (if applicable) might not be on, so move the choke lever to the ON position. * The air cleaner could be dirty, so clean or replace the air-cleaner element. * The spark-plug wire(s) might be loose or disconnected, so install the wire(s) on the spark plug. * The spark plug(s) might be pitted, fouled, or the gap is incorrect, so install a new, correctly gapped spark plug(s). * There might be dirt in the fuel filter, so replace the fuel filter. * There might be incorrect fuel in the fuel tank, so drain the tank and replace the fuel with the proper type. * The oil level in the crankcase might be low, so add oil to the crankcase.
