RH Control Linkage Replacement
RH Control Linkage Removal
1. Remove the bolt, nut and spacer securing the
lower end of the control cable to the RH control fork
assem bly (Fig. 0668).
3. Remove the cable tie securing the speed control
cable to the RH motion control cable, then remove
the motion control cable from the linkage mount (Fig.
0670).

2. Remove the spring clip securing the motion control
cable to the linkage mount (Fig. 0669).

4. 2009 Only: Remove the hairpin cotter and washer
securing the front end of the RH shifter link to the
shifter bracket (Fig. 0671).
