29. 2010 only: Remove the adjustment bolt and washer
from the upper end of the lift assist springs on both
sides of the control tower (Fig. 0953).
28. 2010 only: Remove the nut securing the lift damp-
ener assembly to the base of the HOC lift bar (Fig.
0952).

30. Remove the hairpin cotter from the top end of the
parking brake rod. Slide the top end of the rod out of
the handle (Fig. 0954).
