LAWN & GARDEN TRACTORS
IMPORTANT:To obtainwarrantycoverageowner mustpresentanoriginal
proofof purchaseand applicablemaintenancerecordsto theservicingdealer.
Pleaseseetheoperator'smanualfor informationon requiredmaintenanceand
serviceintervals.
Thelimitedwarrantyset forth belowisgiven byTheToro Company ("Toro")
andTheToro Warranty Company, pursuantto anagreementbetweenthem,
withrespectto newmerchandisepurchasedor leasedand used inthe United
Statesand/or itsterritoriesand possessions,and by Torowithrespectto new
merchandisepurchasedor leasedand usedin Canadaand/oritsterritoriesand
possession.
Torowarrantsthis product(excludingits NormalWearPartsand Batteries
as describedbelow)againstdefects in materialand workmanshipfor a
periodoftwo (2)years oreighty (80) operationhours,whichevercomes
first,commencingonthe dateof originalretailpurchaseor leaseandwill, at
itsoption,repairor replace,free ofcharge,anypart foundto bedefectivein
materialsor workmanship.
NormalWearPartsare warrantedto befree fromdefectsin materialand
workmanshipfor a periodofthirty (30) daysfromthe date of original purchase
or lease.Normalwearpartsinclude,butarenot limitedto itemssuchas: belts,
blades,blade adapters,grassbags,riderdeckwheels,seats,and tires.
Batterieshavea one-yearproratedlimitedwarrantyagainstdefectsin material
andworkmanship,with 100%replacementduringthe firstthreemonths.After
threemonths,thebattery replacementcredit isbasedonthe monthsremaining
inthe twelve(12) monthperioddatingbackto theoriginaldate of originalsale
or lease.Any replacementbatterywillbe warrantedonly forthe remainderof
theoriginalwarrantyperiod.
Thislimitedwarrantyshall onlyapplyif thisproducthas beenoperatedand
maintainedin accordancewiththeOperator'sManualfurnishedwiththe
product,and hasnot beensubjectto misuse,abuse,commercialuse,neglect,
accident,impropermaintenance,alteration,vandalism,theft,fire,water,or
damagebecauseofother perilor naturaldisaster.Damageresultingfromthe
installationor useof anypart,accessoryor attachmentnotapprovedbyToro
for usewiththe product(s)coveredbythis manualwillvoid your warrantyas
toany resultingdamage.Inaddition,Toromaydenywarrantycoverageif the
hourmeter,orany partthereof,isaltered, modified,disconnectedor otherwise
tamperedwith.

Withoutlimitingtheforegoing,this limitedwarrantydoes notprovidecoverage
inthe followingcases:
a. Theengineor componentpartsthereof. Theseitemsmaycarrya separate
manufacturer'swarranty. Referto applicablemanufacturer'swarrantyfor
termsandconditions.
b. Routinemaintenanceitemssuchas lubricants,filters, bladesharpening,
tune-ups,brakeadjustments,clutchadjustments,deckadjustments,and
normaldeteriorationof theexteriorfinishdueto useor exposure.
c. Servicecompletedby someoneotherthan anauthorizedservicedealer.
d. Torodoesnotextendanywarrantyfor productssoldor exportedoutside
ofthe UnitedStatesand/or Canada,andtheir respectivepossessionsand
territories,exceptthosesoldthroughToro'sauthorizedchannelsofexport
distribution.
e. Replacementparts and/or accessoriesthatare not genuineToroparts.
f. Transportationchargesandservice calls.
g. Torodoesnot warrantthis productfor commercialuse.
Thereare no impliedwarranties, including without limitation any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particularpurpose.No
warranties shall apply after the applicable period of express written
warranty above. No otherexpress warranties beyond those mentioned
above,given by any person or entity, includinga dealer or retailer, with
respect to any product, shall bind Toro.Theexclusive remedy is repair or
replacement of the product as set forth above.The terms of this warranty
provide the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale and/or lease
of the products covered hereby. Toroshall not be liable for anyincidental
or consequential loss or damage including,without limitation, expenses
incurredfor substitute or replacement lawn care services or for rental
expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product.
Somejurisdictionsdo notallowtheexclusionor limitationof incidentalor
consequentialdamages,or limitationson howlongan impliedwarrantylasts,
so theaboveexclusionsor limitationsmaynotapplyto you.
Innoevent shallrecoveryofanykind begreaterthanthe amountof the
purchasepriceof the productsold.Alteration of safety features of the
product shall void this warranty. Youassumethe riskand liabilityfor loss,
damage,or injuryto youand your propertyand/orto othersand their property
arisingoutof the misuseor inabilityto usethe product.
Thislimitedwarrantyshallnot extendIoanyoneotherthanthe original
purchaseror tothe personfor whomit waspurchasedas a gift.
HOWLOCAL LAWSRELATETOTHIS WARRANTY:This limitedwarranty
givesyouspecific legalrights,and youmayalsohaveotherrightsthat varyin
differentjurisdictions.
