  Your Toro Lawn Mower engine might not start due to several reasons: the fuel tank could be empty or contain stale fuel (drain and refill with fresh gasoline; if the issue remains, contact an Authorized Service Dealer), the primer might not be pushed in (push it 3 times), the wire might not be connected to the spark plug (connect it), or the spark plug could be faulty (check and adjust the gap; replace if pitted, fouled, or cracked).
