If your Toro Lawn Mower engine won't start, starts with difficulty, or struggles to stay running, try these steps: Fill the fuel tank, add oil to the crankcase, and ensure the throttle control is correctly positioned midway between the SLOW and FAST settings. You may also need to replace the fuel filter, clean or replace the air-cleaner element, check the seat switch indicator and replace the seat if needed, and check the electrical connections for good contact. Clean the connector terminals thoroughly with electrical contact cleaner, apply dielectric grease, and connect.
