1.Ifneeded,loosentheexistingboltandnutforthe
lift-assistpedal.
2.Rotatethelift-assistpedaltothecorrectposition
andinstallthecarriagebolt(3/8x1-1/2inches)and
locknut(3/8inch)(Figure21).Tightenbothbolts.
