Setting the job control
The Job Skip function has been changed.
This settings are linked to the settings on the [Administrator] Tab > [Setup] > [General settings] > [Job Skip Control]
screen of TopAccess.

Item name Description
Job Skip Control
On — Press this button to enable the function.
Off — Press this button to disable the function.
Auto Delete Timer — Press this button so that you can set the time to delete
the skipped jobs. Press [No Limit] not to delete them automatically. This
setting is available only if [Job Skip Control] is turned on.
Job Skip Immediately You can select whether to skip jobs immediately. This setting is available only if
[Job Skip Control] is turned on.
On — Press this button to enable this function.
Off — Press this button to disable this function.
Behavior after recovering
suspended cause
You can select the operation after clearing the cause that has suspended jobs.
This setting is available only if [Job Skip Control] is turned on.
Resume — Press this button to resume the suspended jobs automatically.
Skipped — Press this button to leave the jobs skipped to cope with them
manually.
Auto — Press this button to restart only undefined user’s jobs, for example fax
received print and others.
Restart only when owner logs in You can select whether to allow only the log-in job owner to restart the skipped
jobs when the user authentication is enabled. This setting is available only if
[Job Skip Control] is turned on.
On — Press this button to enable this function.
Off — Press this button to disable this function.
When the user authentication is disabled, any user can restart skipped jobs
regardless of this setting.
