5.1.10 Service call for others
[C94] Firmware update error
A C94 error message appears when either of the following Main PC boards is installed to e-
STUDIO181/211.
- The Main PC board for e-STUDIO163/203 in which e-STUDIO166/206 firmware is installed
- The Main PC board for e-STUDIO163/166/203/206 in which e-STUDIO181/211 firmware is installed
Be sure not to make a mistake in the combination of the Main PC board and the firmware since the
error message does not appear if there is an incorrect combination. Each equipment condition
according to the combination of the Main PC board and the firmware is as shown in the list below.
