Why is the copied image from my Toshiba E-STUDIO2500AC too light?

      scottcurryAug 9, 2025
If the copied image from your Toshiba All in One Printer is too light, it could be due to several reasons. First, the toner might be depleted; if you see a message like “Install new *** toner cartridge”, replace it. Another reason might be that the copy density is set too light; try darkening the density manually or using the automatic density mode. If you are copying an original printed with erasable blue toner on an e-STUDIO5008LP Series, ensure that you are using the [Blue Original] mode. Also, in the e-STUDIO5008LP Series, if you are performing black-and-white copying with [Thick] paper selected, try selecting [Thick 1] as the paper type.
