Restoring the pre-installed Software
Depending on the model you purchased, different ways for restoring the
pre-installed software are offered:
■ Restoring the pre-installed software from the Recovery hard disk drive
■ Creating recovery SDHC Card and restoring the pre-installed software
from this SDHC card
Restoring the pre-installed software from the recovery HDD
A portion of the total hard disk drive space is configured as a hidden
recovery partition. This partition stores files which can be used to restore
preinstalled software in the event of a problem. To restore preinstalled
software, please follow the following steps:
1. Press 0 key and power on the computer to enter the HDD recovery
mode. The following screen shows up.
2. To restore preinstalled software, please select Recovery of Pre-
installed software option and click Next>
