Why Toshiba Air Conditioner room does not cool down or warm up?

If your Toshiba Air Conditioner isn't cooling down or warming up the room, check if the air intake or discharge of the outdoor unit is blocked. Also, make sure no doors or windows are open, the air filter isn't clogged with dust, the air volume isn't set to “Low”, the operation mode isn't set to “Fan”, and the set temperature is appropriate. If any of these are the issue, correct them and check again.
