Before Operation - VCR part
Initial preset
For the following steps we do assume that you have just
connected your video recorder for the very first time. In
this case the video recorder is on after mains connection.
You should not touch any buttons yet. On the connected
TV you will now see.

If this menu does not appear, your video recorder was
programmed already.

Select the country according to your area with
F and G.

Press ENTER/OK to start the automatic storing of
the channels of the TV stations in your area.

The TV STATION TABLE will appear when tuning
is complete.
Press VCR MENU to save your settings.

Tuning a video channel on your TV by RF IN is not
allowed on SD-23VE-S-TE. The RF OUT signal from
SD-23VE-S-TE is through-mode only.

To enjoy playing back a tape or disc you must
connect your DVD+VCR (SD-23VE-S-TE) to your TV
using a SCART lead.
