1. From the Main Menu,

The System Administration Menu plays.
2. From the System
Administration Menu,

 Record system
announcement
 Delete system
announcement
 Record busy-hold
music
 Manage User IDs
 Add User IDs
 Set date and time This option is not supported. The Strata CTX28 controls the
time for the voice mail.

